Sweet and Tart Coleslaw Dressing
This coleslaw recipe creates a perfectly balanced vinegar based coleslaw that is a little sweet and a little tart!

- ½ cup white vinegar
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt kosher or sea salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 chili pepper optional, seeded or not, sliced thinly
Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
Screw on lid and shake until sugar dissolves.
Will keep in the refrigerator for a week.
Vinegar - use white, apple cider or your favorite flavored vinegar.
Sugar - white or raw sugar.
Chili pepper is optional.
