Ingredients

ounce
cognac
or brandy
1
ounce
rye whiskey
1
ounce
sweet vermouth
1
teaspoon
Bénédictine
1
dash
Peychaud's Bitters
1
dash
Angostura Bitters
1
Maraschino cherry
for garnish
Instructions
Add cognac, whiksey, sweet vermouth and whiskey to mixing glass.
Add a dash of Peychaud's bitters and Angostura bitters.
Fill glass halfway with ice and stir for 30 seconds.
Strain into an ice filled rocks glass and garnish with a cherry.

If you can't find Peychaud's bitters you can add an extra dash of the Angostura bitters.
