Apple Maple Dark and Stormy Cocktail
This classic rum cocktail gets a fall twist with maple syrup and apple! So easy and so delicious!

- ½ cup dark rum
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- ¾ cup apple juice or apple cider
- 1 cup ginger beer
- 1 apple thinly sliced
Place rum, maple syrup, apple juice and ginger beer in a pitcher. Stir to combine.
Fill 4 glasses with crushed ice and an apple slice.
Pour cocktail into glasses.
Apple juice - can use apple cider.
To get perfect apple slices - cut an apple in half crosswise. Then using a mandoline, carefully cut thin slices.
