½teaspoonsmoked paprika
sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 f.
Place the chicken, lemon, black olives, chorizo, and garlic into the roasting pan.
Pour over the stock and the butter. Sprinkle with the paprika and salt and pepper. Roast for 40-60 minutes.
Notes
Since you are using the lemon peel, organic lemons are suggested.Chorizo - this recipe uses Spanish chorizo, which is a cured sausage, not Mexican which is a fresh sausage. Kalamata olives will have more flavor than regular canned black olives.
