Cold Brew Green Tea

This Cold Brew Green Tea with Lemon Verbena is so easy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 6 bags green tea
  • 1 sprig lemon verbena optional
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons honey optional

Instructions

  • Fill a large mason jar with 6 cups of water.  Add 6 green tea bags.  Gently bruise the leaves on a lemon verbena sprig and add to the jar.  Place a lid on the jar and place it in the fridge for 24 hours. 
  • After 24 hours, remove the bags and the lemon verbena.  
    Stir in the honey if using. 
    Serve hot or cold. 

Notes

Tea must steep for 24 hours.
