Double Cherry Old Fashioned

This double cherry old fashioned in filled with lush cherry flavor! So easy to make and so easy to sip!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ ounces bourbon
  • ½ ounce cherry bourbon
  • ½ ounce maraschino liqueur
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • 1 dash aromatic bitters
  • orange twist for garnish

Instructions

  • Chill a rocks glass.
  • Add the cherry bourbon, bourbon, Maraschino liqueur, orange bitters and aromatic bitters to a mixing glass.
  • Fill halfway with ice and stir for about 15 seconds to chill and dilute.
  • Strain into chilled glass, add one large ice cube.
  • Using a peeler, peel of a small strip of orange zest. Twist it over the drink to release it's oils, then rub it on the rim of the glass and drop into the drink.

Notes

You'll need to make a batch of Cherry Bourbon.  Make two, it's that good!
