Combine the tahini, coconut milk, fish sauce, honey, lime juice and sesame oil in a small bowl and whisk to combine. Place the pork in another bowl and pour half of the tahini mixture over the pork and stir to coat. Let the pork marinate for 15 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium heat. Thread the pork onto skewers and grill for about 2-3 minutes per side or until pork is cooked through.
Serve drizzled with a little honey and topped with the micro greens, chili, and peanuts.
