Preheat oven to 425°f.
Toss shrimp in a large bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
Place the shrimp on a baking sheet and roast until just pink, about 5-8 minutes.
Can substitute any fresh herb - marjoram and rosemary are favorites.
This makes a great appetizer too!
