Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place the salmon fillets on the sheet.
Whisk together the sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce and toasted sesame oil in a small bowl.
Brush and pour over the salmon.
Broil the salmon for 6-8 minutes or until done to your liking.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds (if using) for serving.

No need to flip the salmon, it will cook through with broiling! I don't add additional salt and pepper because the soy sauce is salty and the sriracha provides plenty of spicy heat, but you can salt and pepper the salmon before pouring the sauce over it if you'd like.
