Ingredients

carrots
peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks

cup
orange marmalade

tbsp
water

tbsp
brown sugar

tbsp
butter
cut into small cubes

teaspoon
cinnamon

teaspoon
ground nutmeg

tbsp
cornstarch

tbsp
water
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in the slow cooker except for the 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and the 2 tablespoons of water.
Cook on low for 7-9 hours.
About 15 minutes before serving, stir the cornstarch with the 2 tablespoon of water to form a paste. Stir it into the carrots to thicken.
