Salmon with Spicy Mango Salsa

- 2 mangoes peeled and diced
- ½ cup cilantro fresh, chopped
- ½ cup red onion diced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 tbsp lime juice fresh
- 2 serrano chilies finely diced (seeded or not)
- 2 teaspoons lime zest
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 salmon filets about 6 ounces each
Combine the mango, cilantro, red onions, garlic, lime juice, peppers, and lime zest in a bowl and stir to combine.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Sprinkle the salmon with salt and pepper and place in the skillet flesh side down. Cook without disturbing for 3 minutes.
Turn the salmon and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until done to your liking.
Serve the salmon with the salsa.
