Smoked Chicken Wings

These wood pellet smoked chicken wings are quick, easy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds chicken wings
  • Chicken Rub optional
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Pat wings dry. Toss wings with salt, pepper and baking powder. If using optional rub, add the baking powder to the rub.
  • Place wings on rack on baking sheet to dry and come to room temperature, while you preheat the grill to 375°F.
  • When grill has finished preheating, place wings on the grill and grill for 35 minutes or until temp reaches 175°F. Turn wings halfway through cooking.
  • Remove wings from grill and toss with sauce or serve as is!
