asparagus

extra virgin olive oil

butter
melted

Herbed Bread Crumbs

Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425.
Wash asparagus and trim off tough ends.
Place asparagus on baking sheet and toss with melted butter and olive oil.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese, toss to coat.
Roast for 7-11 minutes depending on how thick your asparagus is.
