Since there is not much going on in my garden, I'm pulling again from my to-edit file of garden photos. This was my oakleaf hydrangea this past fall. Some of the leaves turned the prettiest burgundy color, while some stayed a golden green for so long. It almost looked like two plants in one!
My neighbor's marigolds. I don't grow marigolds, but after admiring this bed, I'm thinking maybe I should.
My neighbor's pumpkin! I love that he put it in his urn. You can tell his yard is beautifully landscaped. Everything is always so nice and trimmed just so. What till you see my urn.

My oak leaf hydrangeas didn't look that complex and pretty. A cold snap got them. I have a Manicured Yard story. A neighbor (never saw her before in my life) burst into my yard last month and demanded that I get my goats off her property. Well, I don't have goats. We sold them. Don't have narry a one. But the woman wouldn't go away. "My yard is manicured!" she wailed, then swept her yard at mine, which looked like an A-Bomb had gone off. My urns were dead and deader. LOL Stay warm--"Winter is coming!" We're getting down to 3 degrees on Wednesday.

I like your urn! I'm into the wild look. I love all the wildness of our yard, even the fallen trees, while the hubby grumbles about the forest look I've got going on 🙂 I'm not into the perfectly landscaped look, I like the yard to look like nature!

Your panna cotta looks marvelous....I agree, it's easy to make, you can use just about anything with it and in it and it always turns out a winner.
Fun to see your flowers when the weather is so cold! Not here, though, we seem to be having a warmer winter than usual.
My cat Christmas visitor left yesterday and my daughter said he was angry at her as he now has to live in a small apartment and no longer as access to screened in porches and wildlife.
