Easy Sheet Pan Dinner Recipes
Nothing says easy weeknight dinner like a sheet pan supper. Everything cooked on one sheet pan in the oven. Clean up is easy, food is amazing and everyone is happy.
This is a collection of my favorite sheet pan dinners. No matter what you like, I’ve got you covered. We’ve got salmon, shrimp, cod, chicken, and even an easy pork chop dinner!
This Sheet Pan Salmon with Cabbage and Kale is a healthy and delicious dinner that you can have on the table in about 30 minutes! The salmon is perfectly roasted, the cabbage gets all buttery and the kale gets nice and crunchy. The lemon dill vinaigrette that drizzled over the top before serving adds a tangy pop of flavor!
Use leftover rice to make this kid friendly Sheet Pan Shrimp with Pineapple! Dinner in 20 minutes, that your kids will love, yes, please! This is so good and so easy, you’ll love how some of the rice stays tender and some gets nice and crispy. No need to stir fry with this easy tray bake!
Another easy shrimp recipe is this Shrimp and Broccoli. The broccoli gets perfectly charred and the shrimp is so tender and flavorful. After roasting it’s tossed with an orange zest and parmesan cheese for a cheesy and citrus pop! Serve as is or with rice or pasta.
Another easy salmon sheet pan dinner here! This Salmon with Roasted Potatoes and Mushrooms can be on the table in about 35 minutes! The crispy potatoes and golden mushrooms really make this salmon dinner earthy and filling! A red wine vinaigrette drizzled on right before serving ties it all together!
You can’t have too many easy salmon dinners, especially when they are a One Pan Roasted Salmon with Citrus Vinaigrette! People, I can not say enough good things about this recipe!! The citrus vinaigrette is to die for! I use it on everything!
Salmon isn’t the only fish that works for sheet pan suppers. This Roasted Cod with Asparagus and Jalapeño dressing is an easy fish dinner that we turn to for fish Fridays all the time! The jalapeño dressing is so good, you’ll want to use it on everything and the avocado puree is the perfect accompaniment!
Salmon, cod and now mahi mahi, can you tell we love easy fish recipes around here? I think this is one of the prettiest (and tastiest) sheet pan suppers. Mahi Mahi roasts with green beans and cherry tomatoes for an easy one pan fist dinner that you’ll make over and over again. Salmon or cod would also work with this recipe!
Did you know that you can even make sheet pan pork chops?! So easy and so good! In this Pork Chops with Apple Cabbage Slaw It doesn’t get much easier than this easy pork dinner! Roasting the pork chops in the oven is sooo much easier than pan frying, with none of the frying mess!
This Maple Roasted Chicken with Sweet Potatoes is probably the one that I turn to the most! We love how healthy sweet potatoes are and the combination of maple syrup with the chicken and the sweet potatoes is perfect. I’ve been making this sheet pan chicken dinner since 2008!
Yes, I need to update my photos from this Lemon Salmon with Spicy Cauliflower! Don’t let my old photos deter you from this delicious easy dinner! The best roasted cauliflower ever and paired with a juicy and flaky salmon – perfect!
