Back with the first Garden Tuesday of 2017! Yes, I kind of took a break from garden posts. It was winter after all, and we've had a very boring winter. No snow. Nothing exciting. The only thing exciting that's happening right now is that things are starting to bloom! It's February, way too early. That's one of the downfalls of a mild winter, everything starts blooming way too early and then we end up having a cold snap in April that threatens to kill everything!
One thing that is pretty is the frost. I love it on my catmint Walker's Low and the oak leaves that are still all mixed up in my beds. The frost just highlight every little bit of detail on the leaves.

Very pretty pictures. I agree that is a downfall of a mild winter, so many blossoms get hit with the frost.
