    St. Francis and the Rosemary

    St. Francis statue with Rosemary

Again, this is going to a be a quick post!  Still crazy busy with my photography business, Pamela Greer Photography.   this week I have a 6 month old baby session, a 5 year old getting ready to start kindergarten session (I've been photographing her since she was 3 months old!), a professional head shot session and a high school senior session!!   To give you a hint of how my business is growing, last August I did 3 sessions for the whole month.  This year, I will have done 7 in just the first two weeks of August!  I really like to do about 2 a week, which keeps me busy, but still allows me to keep Sidewalk Shoes and Grey is the New Black going - so you can imagine 4 this week is going to be crazy!

    Hibiscus

So, I did a quick walk around my garden.  Above is St. Francis guarding the herb bed.  I think he looks nice by the rosemary, don't you.  The photo directly above is a gorgeous hibiscus flower in the midst of my needs to be weeded desperately bed.  This was one of my plants from last year's Proven Winner's Shipment.  It is the summerific hibiscus and it is so beautiful, it almost doesn't even look real!

    Sun rising over the trees

I took these early in the morning, when it was about as cool as it's going to get.  The sun was just starting to rise above the tree tops.

    Rosemary

    Russian Sage

Rosemary and Russian Sage, two of my most favorite plants to grow!

The hibiscus is indeed gorgeous and the St. Francis statue with the rosemary background is serene. Congrats on your business picking up and good job keeping up.

It's nice that you have established a garden that basically takes care of itself. Plus, you have fresh herbs in the bargain! Glad your photography business is doing so well.
