    Malva

    Malva

This post is going to be very short today!  For my business, Pamela Greer Photography, I've been quite busy lately.  I did a newborn session on Saturday, that included not only the newborn, but a toddler!  That's always fun.  I came home and took a nice long nap.  You can see one of the photos, on my Facebook page.  On Sunday I did a professional headshot session and then this morning (I'm typing this in on Monday afternoon), I did a high school senior girls best friend session!  So, I have around 200+ photos to edit!!  I also have to write and edit my Tipsy Tuesday post for Grey is the New Black.  But not wanting to totally punt Garden Tuesday, I chose to just edit one quick garden photo.

Do any of you grow Malva?  It reminds me of holly hocks in the way the flowers come off of the stems.  It doesn't get as tall as hollyhocks, only getting about 2 to 3 feet tall.  It readily reseeds and I find it all over my garden.  It's blooming right now and then around the end of the summer into fall, new plants will sprout up and it will bloom again.  It really is such a pretty plant!

I have never seen malva, but I did think it was a Hollyhock. Very pretty.
