    Daffodils

First of all, you may be thinking that you completely missed Monday and here we are at Garden Tuesday!  Well, tomorrow is my first endeavor with the Creative Cookie Exchange so I had to move Garden Tuesday to today!  Second of all, look at the daffodils!!  I am so ready for spring, and we didn't even have a harsh winter, just a boring one.  I'm sure a lot of you would have gladly traded your harsh winter for our boring one!  But even so, I am loving these early signs of spring.  These are my neighbors, I'm sure he doesn't mind me traipsing all through his backyard snapping pics of his flowers!

    Daffodils

I love how the daffodils look against all the brown leaves still on the ground!

New growth on roses for spring!

    New growth on the roses!

    New growth on the nandina.

One of the reasons I love nandina, look at that gorgeous new growth!

New spring growth on sedum autumn joy!

New growth at the base of the sedum autumn joy!  As you can see, I don't cut the dead branches back until the spring time.  I think they add winter interest.

I was just out back looking for some signs of Spring Pam. The most I could muster up was a bit of green coming through in the Oriental Poppy bed and nibs of daffodils pushing through the mud!

You got some honest to goodness Springs shots here Pam. Oh I'm sooooo ready!!!

Thank you so much for sharing, Pam...hopefully I will be joining garden Tuesday real soon:)

I was confused for a minute. We have no chance of daffodils showing up here for a few more weeks yet, because there's still about 6" of snow in most places in my yard. I'm happy to see yours!
