    Supertunia and Mojave Tangerine Portulaca

LAST UPDATED: January 31, 2019 PUBLISHED: June 30, 2015 By Pam Greer 4 Comments As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

Supertunia and Mojave Tangerine Portulaca are still going strong.

Mojave Tangerine Potulaca from Proven Winners

Remember back in April when I showed my Proven Winner plants?  They are still going strong, but my two favorites so far are the Mojave Tangerine Portulaca and the Supertunia Picasso in Burgundy.   I think I am enjoying them so much because I have them in hanging baskets on my front porch.  Every time I come and go, I see them and smile.  I also love the opposite color combination of the burgundy and the orange.

Portulaca does well with less watering, making it such an easy care plant.

What great shots of these delightful flowers that add splashes of colour wherever one plants them!

I must get a Portulaca, because I don't have a green thumb at all! I've been trying to get my herbs to grow for several weeks now and I think they are a lost cause. So sad I am at keeping plants alive. But thanks for sharing, because maybe there's hope for me yet;)

Hi! Thanks for the sweet comments and inviting me to a garden link up. I'm always happy to meet more gardeners! I love your plants display…I think I might have to try that as I am having such a hard time with deer this year. They eat everything in site, except for hanging baskets cause they can't reach those! I love the Portulaca as it doesn't need as much water. Anything to cut down on watering!
