Fall, Fall, and More Fall | Garden Tuesday

Guess who has 1282 photos in her to-blog garden folder in Lightroom?  Yep, me.  So, I've decided some sort if intervention is necessary or some sort of massive garden photo posting!  Instead of showing you countless photos of my brown, winter garden, I'm going to try and whittle away at the surplus of photos.  So, you might see daisies in January and tomato plants in February.

    Petunias

The petunias are finished.  I tossed around the idea of filling these with pansies, which usually last the whole winter here.  But I haven't quite motivated myself enough to do so.

    Mystery plant

Anyone recognize this mystery plant?  I suspect it is a weed.  We purchased it from a garden store and I can't remember what it was supposed to be, but I know that it was not supposed to be six feet tall, have tiny yellow flowers and also be growing wild along stretches of road.  Unfortunately I planted it in my flower bed thinking it was whatever flower it was supposed to be, so now it will have to dug up.

    Gnome in fall leaves

Mr. Gnome is waist high in leaves!

How about you?  How many garden photos do you have?

I run hot and cold on picture taking. Your fall pictures are pretty. My brown leaves are just matted and soon to be crushed under more snow!

Our Sedum froze out and our leaves blew away. But of course as ours went, the neighbors came right in!
