Eve Chardonnay, 2012. Washington State. Charles Smith Wiens. Vine & Barrel, $13.50. They say: This is really good. Pure, focused, with great balance. Layers of tangerine, Asian pear, apple blossoms and minerals. The finish is long and so satisfying. We say: As usual, Charles Smith does not disappoint. Butterscotch and peach on the nose. Crisp apple, lime, and pineapple. Light and refreshing. Buy again: yes!
