They say: With no land, grapes, winery or employees to call his own, winemaker Kenny Likitprakong considers himself a "hobo winemaker." Hence the name of his wines - Hobo Wine Company. He leases vineyards from other winemakers and produces the best wine possible using organic and sustainable farming methods. The grapes used for this blend come from all over California, but are blended together to make a bright white wine. This wine is robust on the palate, smooth and sleek.
On the nose: yellow fruit, lemon curd and yellow cake mix. Smells of stale lemon bars and pie crust. It is robust on the palate, smooth and sleek. It has dynamic characteristics like it's crisp citrus notes, rocky minerality and a kiss of spice. It is a medium bodied white that works well both in the winter and summer.
We really enjoyed this wine, it was a bit unusual. Tart with lemon, yet had a nice mineral finish.

He was missing the Chardonnay but still worth a try. I sounds like a nice summer wine to me. I’m going to check to see if I can get it in my area. Summer will come eventually. Nice review Pam.
