Luxie Kitty and Her Window
I am back today with more photos of Luxie and her new favorite location. She loves this table that sits by the window in the dining room. She doesn't seem to mind sharing it with the orchids. She is very good with the plants and never bothers them.
My Blue Table
She loves when I open the window in the morning. I leave it open for a couple of hours depending on how quickly it gets hot.
I get lots of comments about the table that she is lying on. It was an impulse purchase from HomeGoods! I feel in love with it the moment I saw it, but I didn't really need a table. To give you an idea of how much I didn't need a table, in my dining room right now is an antique desk, a hoosier cabinet, a china cabinet, a sideboard, a plant stand, a dining room table and this table.
Still I loved it and I'm so glad that I got it even though I didn't need it. Luxie loves it!
Anyone else make impulse purchase buys that they end up loving? So many times I regret mine.

I too am in love with the blue table. Is it a "true" blue or aqua? The art looks like a real watercolor. Very pretty. That orchid would be a goner around here. Lisbeth cannot leave plants alone. Thanks for being a hopper.

Great pics of Luxie, as always. I absolutely LOVE that table! Yes, I have made impulse purchases many a time and ended up loving them. I can't wait until I have my own place again so I can make it my own. Three more years!

Foe all that, I can see why you love the table, the colour and the style. The Topaz has really brought out the colours for the plant leaf and the table, but best of all is the wonderful Orchid bloom in softest pink. Quite delightful.

If i had my druthers, i'd want a table like that instead of a dining table, but i am odd that way.
Luxie probably doesn't touch the plants because she's smart enough to know cats don't need vegetables (with the possible exception of a bite of grass for the digestion once in so often).
