Coco is excited, fall is finally here! Well, actually last night we had a freeze warning, so when we woke up, it felt like winter was here!
The leaves are slowly changing, since we had the drought, a lot of trees just went dormant early, but some of them hung on and maybe with the 5 inches of rain we've had in the last week, they might be able to change to pretty colors!
I'm so thankful that we are out of our drought, it's either feast or famine when it comes to rain around here. I wish we could have sent some of our rain to California, it is just heart breaking watching the news.
I'm always so afraid that we'll run out of candy for trick-or-treaters that I buy a big huge bag. I think we ended up having maybe 20 kids! Luckily (or unluckily) I bought only candy that we liked.
Coco loves the fall as much as I do. She gets frisky chasing the blowing leaves. Plus she doesn't need to have her colors done to know that she is an autumn.

So glad the cold weather is finally here! Though we're freezing our butts off at football games. My son's team made the playoffs so we have another game Friday night. Friday is only a high of 44 so you know it's going to be COLD!

The fires in California are a terrible tragedy. We have been on a cruise for 2 weeks and a lot of people are from that area and keep checking with home.
