    Quilting with Coco

How's your weather?  Ours has been rainy and gloomy for days.  Today it finally stopped raining, but it's not even going to get out of the 30's!

Needless to say, Coco is not amused.

She has decided that since she must stay inside, it's probably a good idea to help me with my quilting and sewing.  First she needs to make sure that my basket of patterns is nicely organized.

Then, of course, someone must make sure that the quilting book stays open to the right page.

Unfortunately I was up to the next step that she was draped across!

I called it quits for the day.

Back to quilting the next day, she decided I needed help pressing my seams just so.

Anyone else have a kitty cat helping them sew?

Used Topaz Labs for my artsy photo.

You are such a beautiful helper sweet Coco! We've been way wet here too and we're about 5 minutes away from a big old thunderstorm, yuck. Thanks for joining the Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!

Cold winds very high and plenty of rain is all we're managing here.
As to seams and quilts, well let's just say I do my fair share creative unpicking and ironing, MOL
      Purrs for better weather ahead.

This has been the weirdest winter in Tennessee! Thank goodness it's my last winter here, as we're moving back to Michigan at the end of this summer.

She is the cutest! Love the artsy image.

Beautiful Coco, it's nice to see you helping your Mom and a good idea to have a project on a gloomy day. Have a great weekend - we'll get to see pics of the quilt, right?

The weather here is springlike. It's sun-shining and it's warm. Don't know how long that will last.

Yesterday we had some errands to run and we saw a tree full of beautiful white blossoms. Made my heart happy.

I think you're doing a great job helping mom, Coco. I'm sure she appreciates all your hard work.
