A Little Frost | Garden Tuesday

Garlic Chives flowers in the fall

We have had absolutely gorgeous weather here the past week.  These photos are from the week before when we had a little touch of winter.  I do believe though that winter is supposed to come back by the end of this week.

    Frost

When I saw the frost on the roof top out my bedroom window, I bundled up and headed outside to take a few photos of it before the warmth of the day heralded it's demise.  The sun had not quite risen above the house behind us, so everything has that chilly winter look to it.

    Frost

Don't you love how frost brings out all of the delicate intricacies of the leaves?  It is so pretty.
