I was in the mood for a good mystery and Cane and Abe

completely fit the bill.Cane and Abe opens with Abe Beckham talking about his dead wife, Samantha Vine. She was a beautiful African American woman who died too young. He has since remarried, and has a new wife Angelina.
Things are kind of rough for him and Angelina right now. He spends a lot of time with Samantha’s brother, J.T. who is bi-polar.
When Beckham is called to help head the investigation of a serial killer they are calling “The Cutter” he doesn’t know that he will soon be tied to the investigation itself.
There were so many twists and turns in this novel. I think that I suspected each and every one of the characters at least once. The mystery was a good, solid mystery with plenty of twists and turns.
A page turner you won’t be able to put down.
