Kitty Helping in the Garden
Did anyone else wake up to cooler temps this morning? It is finally feeling like fall around here and Coco kitty and I are loving it. This fall, I plan on staying on top of the weeds so that hopefully there will be less work to do in the spring. I've been going out every morning and weeding for a few minutes, just long enough that I don't get tired of it or hurt my back. Slow and steady wins the race, hopefully!
To any of our readers in the Florida panhandle, we hope you are okay. Looking at the devastation on TV is just heartbreaking. I can't imagine what everyone must be feeling. Not able to go home and see your house, not knowing what you're going to find. And, of course, I worry for all the stray doggies and kitties and pets that might have to have been left behind.
We are going to be going on a Parade of Homes tour in Chattanooga today. It's about 20 newly constructed homes. We are trying to remodel our 1984 bathrooms and so far all I've managed to do is fill up a Pinterest board. I hope to take lots of photos and get lots of ideas. Anyone with any tips or advice for redoing a bathroom, we would love to hear it!

After days of gales and heavy rain, the last 2 days have been almost summer like. Of course our summer temperatures are 70 or a little over, so it has been very pleasant. Coco is a real beauty, and it is nice to have help in the garden.

We are sure Coco is a wonderful help in the garden.
Mommy redid the Master Bath awhile back. She said patience is a good thing to have when remodeling. We just finished a kitchen remodel. We have gone strangely warm and windy around here, and nights way too sultry and sticky. Hating it! What we love though is Coco's selfies, and she is always so pleasing to see out in the garden, where her colours and the plants compliment each other.

Yes, I noticed the cooler weather this last few days. It's going to warm back up, but I'm enjoying it for now.
Coco is a pretty girl and I'm glad he's liking the cooler weather too.
Sometimes gutting the bathroom and completely redoing it is the best way to go. More expensive, but you can have it your way.
