#Collection Wines by Gia Coppola
We have loved Francis Ford Coppola Wines for a long time, so we were excited to try some wines from his grand daughter, Gia Coppola. I have already reviewed her red blend, #thirsty 2016 Red Blend. Naming wines with hashtags is so on point and a fun option from a young wine maker.
So far, we have enjoyed Rosé and the Red Blend, we will be reviewing the third wine her collection, #selfish a White Blend later.

#overit a Rosé from #collection wines by Gia Coppola
2017 Gia Coppola Rosé #overit, Paso Robles, California. Wine Awesomeness. 55% Grenache, 45% Mourvédre. On the nose: white flowers and ripe strawberries, sandy seashores and zippy citrus. On the palate: Refreshing and zippy. Mild palate with low acidity. It should be served chilled, put it in the fridge about 10 minutes before drinking.
Is is easy and effortless drinking. It is made from two grapes that are normally found in Provençal rosés. It was created with a South of France mentality. Resulting in a refreshing acidity and a laid back vibe.
The perfect way to say goodbye to summer, hello to summer or to get a summer feel in the middle of winter when you are #overit
