    Garden Tuesday Spring ~Sort Of~

    Hosta in the spring

Well, the hosta seems to think it’s spring.  And, it is.  Sort of.  One day it’s warm and sunny and the next we have freeze warnings.  Not frost warnings – FREEZE warnings.  I’m so over it.  Seriously.  Winter go away.

Even Mr. Sidewalk Shoes is getting out and giving our picket fence a much needed paint job.  Unlike in Tom Sawyer, no one came by for him to talk into doing it.

always good to find another use for the kitty litter containers! I use mine to put the weed into as I pull them.

We might get a couple of inches of nuisance snow tonight, and then the weather dudes promise us faithfully that spring will be coming along in just a couple of weeks. Unless another sneak storm comes in, of course.

I think we got all of our painting done last summer, so you won't need to send Mr. Sidewalk Shoes up here when he's done with your fence.

I'm also ready for warm spring weather - we have rain and cold and rain and rain. But at last some of the spring flowers are beginning to bloom

My daffodils are starting to poke up, but that's about it for now. Oh, and the Star Magnolia is full of buds. We could easily get snow any time in the next 6 weeks, though...
