Hayton Chardonnay, 2015, California, Wine Insiders. They say: citrus, apple and tropical fruit mingle with gentle acidity in this unoaked California Chardonnay. It is remarkably refreshing and pairs well with buttery chicken, seafood or pasta. We say: Very nice, sweet vanilla and honeysuckle.

Whilst not a Chardonnay fan, this one sounds charming. Frose (frozen rose) is all the rage here.
