This post isn’t going to focus on one thing, just odds and ends around my garden! This is my fig tree that my fellow 8th grade teachers got me in May for my retirement! I had happened to tell one of them that my fig tree had died and they surprised me with this one! I cherish it, just like I cherish them!
The dogwood trees are dotted with bright red berries and their leaves are just beginning to think about changing.
The Oakleaf Hydrangea’s flowers are all brown. We will leave them on the plant, they had a nice interest to the winter garden.
My volunteer tomatoes are each ripening at their own pace!
The sedum autumn joy has gone all deep salmon pink.
One hickory tree seems to be in a hurry for fall to get here!
