Very pleasant by itself, it will also pair beautifully with gently sautéed langoustines, miso-glazed black cod and shaved fennel or sunchoke salad. Best enjoyed under 50 degrees fahrenheit. We say: a bit sweet up front with lots of pear on the nose and palate. Very nice and elegant. Buy again: yes.
