Nothing exciting going on the garden around here. No snow. No ice. Just brown, lots of brown. So I am continuing to work my way backwards through my glut of garden photos. These I believe were originally from October last year.
Same little pink roses as the first photo. When I take close ups like this, you can't really tell how tiny the roses are, but they are about an inch across! They are really a ground cover rose, I think they are called Pink Fairy or Fairy Pink or something like that!
This is my neighbor's hydrangea. It's one of those that is sometimes, pink, sometimes purple, sometimes blue.
These are my mystery flowers. I have no idea what they are (they could be a weed for all I know). They popped up in my bed and I left them. They are cheery in a tiny sort of way!

What a day brightener, Pam! I'm not a huge fan of Hydrangea but that shot of yours really brings out its beauty. (I think the acid in the soil changes the color:)

Your little daisy looks a lot like what we call Erigeron which grows the same way as you described. I have had it in the garden few times thanks to my neighbour. It seemed to like my side of the fence better. The changing hues of the hydrangeas are a reflection of the acidity/alkalinity in the soil which is obviously changing. My hydrangeas were badly burnt in all the hot weather we've had. Is your rose Flower Carpet? It's looks similar. I had them but they weren't growing well where I had placed them which is odd as they are supposed to be very hardy. Must give them another try in a different spot. They are so pretty.
