    Sunrise with Cats

    Sunrise with Cats

I've mentioned before my morning ritual with Luxie, Morning Time with Luxie and A Day in the Life with Luxie.   What I didn't mention is that we are early risers.  Yep, Luxie and I are both morning peeps.  In the winter it's especially nice because we get to watch the sun rise.

What makes it especially nice for Luxie is that the birdies are morning peeps too.  The whole "early bird catches the worm" thing totally applies to the birdies in our backyard.

This is such a nice, quiet way to start my day.  Except for the fact that I desperately need to wash my windows!  I'll put that on my spring to do!

      Wow! Incredible shots!

I am not a morning person so getting up at 6 to get my sons to school by 7 is quite a chore. I don't know if I'll ever develop a love of mornings. Watching the sunrise would be cool. You have a great vantage point for it.

Beautiful pictures! My Buddy loves his sunny window all winter. I tried to get some photos today too, but he wouldn't cooperate. Glad yours did.

Beautiful photos that really capture those early sunrise moments. We didn't even notice any dirty windows, even when you mentioned them. Goes to show what ours probably look like. MOL!

Our windows need washing too. Daddy did the ones on the back porch so they look nice, but the rest of the house needs washing badly.

These photos are gorgeous! We are the opposite of early risers over here. I tend to work midnights, so I am going to sleep as the sun is rising. We bask in the moonlight when we can. My kitties tend to get the zoomies for a little while after my husband gets up for work, but it isn't long until they are snuggled up to me in bed. I wouldn't trade those cuddles for the world!

As long as we get our 8 hours we can get up any time. BUT if we don't get our 8 hours we are worse that useless all day!!

The Topaz has added an extra lovely dimension to a beautiful picture. Morning is a great time, for sure, I am a night hunter most of the year, but you can't miss a good sunrise whether getting up or going to bed.

Beautiful art and photos. I am definitely not a morning person! I won't see the sunrise until summer gets here, and it is debatable whether I will see it then.
