Patchouli Kitty Outside
We've had a mixed week here. At the beginning of the week and last weekend the temperatures were so comfortable. So comfortable that Patchouli spent the majority of every day outside. She is still doing well with her Seresto flea collar and is so much more relaxed without fleas biting her all the time!
Coco is enjoying the weather on her wicker stool. She actually fell asleep with her leg in the air like this! It doesn't even look comfortable.
Yes, she has a little scratch on her nose. Not sure who she got that one from. She didn't show any other signs of being in a fight so maybe it was just from some thorns or something like that. She is also still doing well with her collar.
We don't allow Luxie to go outside, but I've started a lovely morning ritual for her. As soon as she eats breakfast and I pour my coffee, I open the dining room window for her to enjoy the early morning birdies. Of course, I didn't think this through and I'll have to try and explain to her why the window isn't being opened in the winter!

We really love the adorable photos you shared with us. Coco, we don't know how, but she made herself comfortable on that wicker stool. That leg being up and then falling asleep with the leg still up. That's a good way to get a little suntan on the belly. Have a wonderful weekend.

Beautiful photos. Everyone always looks so comfortable, happy, and loved. We're getting through our hot and overly dry weather here, and getting ready to set yet another heat record for the summer. Napping seems to be the best plan . . . until November, when the real napping season arrives!

It has been super hot here and Rita has taken to sleeping by the window in our bedroom but her absolute favourite spot is on the tiled window ledge of the bathroom where she can watch her garden and if anything exciting happens can jump out the window onto the garage roof. I think she is going to be very unhappy when it is closed again in the winter

Love the inky quality to Patchouli's selfie this week, and the colours too, almost quite electric.
We have had a nice lull from hot and horrid to temperate but still languish with humidity. But the odd breeze here and there helps unless you need to work. Fine for napping in though and as I only manage the work not do it, I'm quite happy. MOL
