Balance Sauvignon Blanc 2016
Balance Sauvignon Blanc, 2016, Western Cape, South Africa. Wine Awesomeness. They say: Even though South Africans have been making wine since the 1600's, it was extremely difficult to find them in the US during Apartheid. This wine has old world grapes, Sauvignon Blanc with a New World path. Old World wines are typically a bit subtle in flavor, but this wine is true New World style with all of it's flavor. The juice is so fresh that it has a slight hue of pale green and the taste is refreshing and tart with aromas of ripe pear and pineapple. On the bottle: chic, fun and fruity wine. Fantastically fruity, vibrantly fresh. Ripe peach and pineapple flavours with asparagus as a memorable side-show. We say: lots of citrus, very refreshing, the perfect summer wine.
Sauvignon Blanc is one of my favorite wines, here are some others that I have reviewed: Sauvignon Blanc.

I'd buy it just because of the label.
