A sweet calico kitty, Coco up in our dogwood tree.
We have an old dogwood tree in our backyard that is a favorite of the kitty cats. The gnarled branches start low and they are easy for the kitties to make a mad dash up. I happened to be out snapping some garden photos, when Coco ran up the tree. I hurried over to get some quick photos of her. I love top one. Do you see her little ears and whiskers peeking out from behind the branch?
The parallel to the ground branches make for a perfect resting spot!

These are so super cute. When the three of us who can go in the yard (Lily, Misty May and Mauricio) were younger, we would go up in the dogwood tree next to the house all the time and then go up on the roof.
