Coco Kitty and the Rocking Chair
We are back this week with more kitty photos from the never ending folder of kitty cat photos to edit. Not really, though. The Cats folder in Lightroom is now at 964 photos! I thought I would never get it down to below 1000! So this is great progress.
I imagine a day when all of the photos in the folder are current. A girl can dream.
Like Coco on her rocking chair. It looks like she is dreaming very pleasant thoughts, doesn't it?
I want to thank everyone for the well wishes with my new Ebay shop. Still haven't gotten anything listed. I spent the last few days removing my Pamela Greer Photography photos from my working copy of Lightroom to their own catalog and own external hard drive. It was over 30,000 photos, so it took some time.
Now, though, my working copy of Lightroom only has about 20,000 photos and I love only seeing my personal photos and not all the photos from my business.
Luxie and I have been enjoying a little afternoon time this summer. Every day after lunch, I heat up (or put on ice) my second cup of coffee and we go and sit on the screened in back porch for 15 minutes. I close off the cat door and she doesn't try to get out when I'm out there with her.
She sniffs the air, watches the hummingbird and sometimes stretches out in the sunshine.
You can see More Photos of Luxie on the Porch.
So far, the temperature has been great, but today it's supposed to be in the 90's so we'll see. Definitely will be icing my coffee today!
For my artsy shot, I used Topaz Labs plugin.

Changing businesses takes time, and we know a lot of photos are a lot of work, where to keep them, how to organize them, but we love photos and are happy we have so many. Hopefully you will get your new shop running soon.

That rocker shot is so lovely! I am working on my photography right now!
Michelle Miller says
Great shots of the kitties. Love how happy and content Coco looks in the rocking chair. I wish we had a screened porch so the kitties could go out with us. Alice does like going outside, but not until I find a way to safely let her do so.

Ahhh, they say it is all in the eyes, but the rocker shot is delightful, too, and says as much in it's own ways as the others.
Lots of purrs and congrats on getting sub 1000.

Lovely artsy effect.
Summer eventually arrived and we got to 65F which is a big improvement on low 40s.
