Efestē, Final Final, 2012, $28, cabernet sauvignon/syrah, Columbia Valley, Washington. They say: Cabernet Sauvignon is the foundation of this wine, adding vigor, structure, richness, grip and complexity. Syrah brings generous juicy, ripe flavors and an elegance that blends beautifully with the cabernet We say: raspberries on the nose and palate, lighter bodied, red bell pepper and a bit of mocha on the finish. Nicely complex. Excellent. Buy again: Yes!
