Well, summer has finally kicked in here and we are not amused. 97 degrees that really feel like 100+ are no fun. We are ready for fall. Boots. Leaves. Stews. Soups. Crisp air. Fresh dried catnip. Ready. So ready.

Oh nooooo...that is too hot.
It has been unseasonably cool here in NJ this year. 60's at night. My mother would have called it "free air conditioning".

We were cool too for awhile, but that all left us!

It was 80 degrees with 80% humidity when we took Ryan to Penn State yesterday. My hair flattened out in about 90 seconds. It's 62 degrees today. I will send Coco some of my cold air (which Shannon's dog, Natasha, is enjoying immensely - she's been frolicking in the yard all day). It's the least I can do for such a pretty cat.

The kitties and I aren't going back outside until October!
