While fall was Coco's season, winter is definitely not. She does not like it when the temperature gets below 40. She sits in the foyer looking out the front door, but usually decides it's not worth it. If she does go out, she comes rushing in about 20 minutes later and immediately finds the nearest heating vent and curls up on it. Patchouli usually doesn't even bother checking if it's cold. I think she feels the temperature through her basement window where she likes to sit.

Kitties are very smart not to go outside when it is so cold out. Wish we could do the same! LOL!

I am with Coco kitty on this one. There is a good reason why the UPS men know me well: weather avoidance!

Here it is not the cold as much as the wet part of winter. Apparently this cats paws were not meant to be wet......
