Happy Caturday! Daily Fancies with the Kitty Cats

Have you ever stopped to think about all the ways our kitty cats make us happy.  Every single day.  Fancy Feast is calling these our “daily fancies” and to give you some fun kitty cat eye candy, they’ve created a new Tumblr page called Daily Fancies.  They asked me and several other bloggers to share with you our daily fancies.  Daily fancies can be anything from special moments with your kitty cats, to all those kitty cat “things” that fill your home (I know I’m not the only one with a stack of kitty cat t-shirts).

I think Daily Fancies is actually the perfect title for it.  My cats work their way into the routine of my life, or maybe we build the routine together.  From the way Coco follows me down the stairs in the morning for her first nibble of Fancy Feast, to the way she meets me at the driveway when I come home from school and then follows me inside for her “after school snack” to the way she jumps up and follows me into the kitchen at night as I put my glass up to get ready for bed and waits for her bedtime snack.  Hmmm… I’m noticing a trend here – most of our daily fancies revolve around food!

Coco would like to step in for a moment and make sure that I mention all the times the kitty cats “help” me.  They aren’t just here for the food.  They give and they give and then they give some more.  Like the above photos.  There I was working hard, trying to set up a nice still life photo with the roses and the teacups and it just wasn’t working.  So, Coco came to the rescue stepped in and saved the day.  Because really every still life needs a kitty cat in it, don’t you think?

But my #DailyFancies aren’t just with the kitty cats.  They are the things that remind me every day that I share my life with cats.

And, if it wasn’t for kitty cats, how would you pick out a card for me?  Or choose a coffee mug?  Or buy me something for my home?   These are my daily fancies.  Everyday I am surrounded by kitty cats that love me and things that remind me of those kitty cats.
