A Cat's Favorite Furniture
Many, many, many years ago we bought an Ikea loveseat and two armchairs. We bought them to be temporary while we looked for something "nicer." Fast forward all these years later and we are still using them. The problem?
Luxie loves the back of the loveseat. She has the cushions smooched down just so. It's her favorite spot to perch. She can see into the kitchen and she can watch tv. It's perfect.

But we have decided that we really want a new loveseat and chairs. These didn't have very good support to begin with and it's only gotten worse with age. I guess we'll just have to look for a new loveseat with cushions that Luxie would love!

We are so glad that when Mommy and Daddy did the remodel they kept the couch and love seat, we have the cushions on them smooshed down to our liking.

Oh you NEED to make sure that it's just right for Luxie! Ours sofas are exactly the same, perfect for cats so they stay!

That is a lovely photo of Luxie, even without the extra effects. She is quite the cat at ease. Me thinks that maybe you will have a lot of testing pout to do before you get your new one–maybe the updated version of the IKEA seat itself?

We live so far from an Ikea, we probably need to switch to another furniture company!

When you find just the right spot then there's no point looking for somewahere else. I'm parked near the airconditioning while the rest of the house goes to wrack and ruin.

The art effect is lovely. I like the way it accentuates the pink of Luxie's nose.
