Calico kitten

Maybe I should have titled this “After the Bed Making” because it took me about two hours, with several different attempts before the bed actually got made.  These are the exhausted kitty photos.  It is exhausting making the bed when you are a kitty cat.  So much to do.  So many things to attack.  Fingers furtively pulling up sheets – you just know they are up to no good and must be taken care of.  Bed spreads crumpled up which may hide untold enemies.

As you can tell, we are exhausted.  Morning sun is still streaming in the windows, but it has taken most of the morning to get the bed made.  Whenever she would leave, I would go back in and start again, only to be startled by a flying kitty cat landing in the middle of the bed again.

Every thing that require effort…other than chasing and terrorizing a wee little mouse…is TIRING for a kitty. Buddy and I know this well…oh let me add pulling out the stuffing from one of the dining room chairs….as our Trouble sleeps on his bed all the time and will not move. Love your lost. It is our Trouble/

Awww! Luxie is such an adorable girl! My cats love “helping” me make the bed too. Despite the fact that it slows me down, I do enjoy the playtime with them.

Luxie, you are the cutest kitten, and we can see MISCHIEF written all over your face. Bed making is an excellent sport for kitties. Looks like you did a great job. Making the bed is a weekly activity I participate in also. It can be a big job helping the human make the bed.

It was great meeting Luxie. I hope you got the bed made but it looks questionable. Since we are tiger-calicos ourselves We Luuuuve meeting other calicos!

My cats won’t lay on my bed UNLESS it is made. If its a mess, they won’t go on it. Such particular creatures.
