I know what you're thinking. That bottle doesn't look anything like the wines we usually drink. Where is the graphic label or the funny name. Well, we are getting serious here peeps. Doing it all for my wine review readers and, oh yeah, to help us actually know a little bit about what we are talking about. Even though that hasn't stopped us so far. We found this book, Wine: A Tasting Course (affiliate link) and we are working our way through it. We love it!! It is filled with lots of information and then each chapter covers either a certain wine or a specific characteristic of a wine. For each tasting, there is a suggestions for the type of wines to get (not a specific winery, but a specific type). Then as you are tasting, the book tells you what you should be looking for. I can't recommend it highly enough.
