Proven Winners Supertunia Bordeaux and Superbells Blue Moon Punch (calibrachoa) in hanging pots of front porch.

I received these plants, but no other compensation, from Proven Winners.

Supertunia Bordeaux and Superbells Blue Moon Punch

It's not summer to me until I have pots overflowing with petunias hanging off my front porch.   Just look at these Supertunia Picasso in Burgundy from a couple of years ago!   This year I decided to switch things up a bit and include Superbells Blue Moon Punch in two of the pots.   The scientific name for these is Calibrachoa, but they are also known as "Million Bells."  They are like tiny petunias so I thought they would compliment the petunias really well.

You can see that they are almost a perfect match for the Supertunia Bordeaux that are in the pot on the far right.  I love these gorgeous pops of purple on my porch.

Just look at these before and after pics!  The first was on planting day with was 5/27/17 and the second was on 6/11/17.  Since I took that last photo a week ago, they've even grown some more!

Both of these are annuals.  I always use annuals in my front porch pots because I want something that is going to bloom all summer long pretty much non stop and that pretty much calls for an annual.

I'll wait another week or so and take some more photos so you can see how they are doing.

I love the terra cotta pots in hate metal holders. They bring such joy to your porch. The supertunias are lovely. It's fun to watch them fill out, grow, and spill over the edges of their pots.

It's so much fun to see the annuals grow and fill out. I do love petunias, supertunias etc., there is something about them that create such a nice summery feel. Bordeaux is a beautiful color!
