Calico Cat Sleeping Around the House
As I was looking through my cat photos, trying to decide what to post today, I saw a few of Coco in her many sleeping places around the house. She tends to go through phases of picking one place to sleep in for several days in a row and then moving on to another location.
Do your cats pick locations and then seem to rotate through them?
Her first location is in our living room. As I walked by, I would glance in and see her curled up on the extra dining room chair.
Cat Sleeping on Outside Porch
This next photo was shot through the blinds of our french door, that leads to our screened in back porch. You can see Coco relaxing in the heat of the day. We had the ceiling fan going for her, and she appreciated it!
Cats and Clocks
This photo of Coco and the clocks is not very good. It was very dark in the room, so the photo is grainy and has harsh shadows from the lamp. But this is also one of her favorite places. She likes to rest in front of my clock collection. She’s blocking my favorite clock, which has a girl on a swing.
Cat on Table
This is her latest favorite place to rest. You might recognize it as the table where Luxie and I do our Morning Planning. This photo is also dark, but some sun is coming in through the front door illuminating her a bit. She’s been staying on this table regularly for about a week, so it’s probably about time for her to choose another location.
