Sparkling Wine Cocktails

The easiest way to make a cocktail festive is to add sparkling wine!  We usually use whatever sparkling wine we have on hand.  We almost always have Prosecco and sometimes champagne.

Sparkling cocktails are great for brunch, you can go wrong with a Grapefruit Mimosa or a Strawberry Bellini.

We also had fun exploring all the variations of the French 75, including the French 76 and the French 77!

Sure you could throw a party without a Strawberry Frosé or a Rosé Sangria, but would why would you?

You're going to have hard time picking a favorite sparkling cocktail, so I suggest you try them all!
